TEXAS ARMAMENT & TECHNOLOGY LIMITED WARRANTY

TX-AT warrants to the original purchaser of the product that its ammunition is to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a product is determined to be defective due to material or workmanship within this time, TX-AT will at its sole discretion replace the defective ammunition or reimburse the original purchaser the original purchase price. Replacements or refunds are without charge to the consumer except for reasonable shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

Each purchaser seeking a warranty claim must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to shipping ammunition to TX-AT. In order to begin a claim, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 888-452-4019 or info@aguilaammo.com.

NOTE: All warranty claims are addressed on a case-by-case basis to determine the cause of the asserted defect. This warranty excludes products damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, water damage, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions for use.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, TX-AT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS PROVIDED HEREIN IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL TX-AT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED UPON CORT, CONTRACT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
